Mentok Shirt

Ok, so this wasn't the final version I gave my friend Veech for his birthday (a couple years ago ) but it's the only version I have a photo of. In the end I also painted "Kicking ass and taking minds" on it, but yeah, never got a photo of that. As it is, I'm pretty happy with it. I'm surprised how much of it I managed with a stencil, most of the linework was the stencil holding back the paint but then I also painted over it to make it neater. These days I'd probably attempt all the linework by hand as cutting out that intricate a stencil is painful, but I'm impressed by how well it went. I have thick paint to thank for the lack of seepage under the stencil.
